Tournament time and location
Date: Saturday 21st August
Time: 08:00 - 18:00 (Captain's meeting at 08:30)
Location: Sportpark de Eendracht, Bok de korverweg 4, Amsterdam

Tournament control station will be set up for questions - look for the table and chairs
Tournament format
2-pool tournament format with knockout finals
Pool phase: 09:00 - 14:30
Games will be 22 minutes long with a half time of 3 minutes.
Knockout phase: 15:00 - 17:40
Penalties for lack of female players will be enforced (we understand Covid-19 has been tough on recruiting numbers, this is the only fair - and FIT approved way - of playing the tournament):
General rule: On the field there must me a max of 3 male players and a minimum of 1 female players. You may therefore play with 4 players;
Penalty: For every additional male player on the field there will be a deduction of 1 point per half.
For example, if there are 5 male players and 1 female player on the field at the beginning of the half time, 2 points will be deducted. The same will apply to the second half making a total of 4 points deduction.

Lunch & dinner
Lunch will be provided and are to be colleected by a team representative from the clubhouse at lunchtime (~12:00)
Dinner will also be provided at the clubhouse (BBQ). Due to Covid-19 restrictions, it is required that players remain seated while eating at the clubhouse.
Facilities
Water taps are available at the locations on the field map in link
Clubhouse is open for ordering food and drink (upper floor)
Changing rooms are open and toilets are a the clubhouse ( both on ground floor)
Afterparty
Due to current restrictions, there will be no official after party (as expected). We will however recommend bars:
Paradiso (near Westerpark/Sloterdijk)
De Tulp (in de Pijp, south side of centrum)
It would be very nice coincidence to see you there..
Expectations
To ensure a smooth time schedule, please make sure your team is on time and your designated player-referee knows when they are needed and at which field they are needed --> share the draw with your player!;
Respect your opponent and the referee's;
Keep to the 1.5 m distance rule whilst not playing (as well as other covid regulations);
Dispose your team's rubbish in the bins provided :D
